Annette "Nita" (DePretis) Gajewski.

Age 78, of West Mifflin, Nita passed peacefully on June 2, 2026, wrapped in the love and presence of her Family.

Beloved wife of 55 years to Julian S. Gajewski, the love of her life and her constant companion. Cherished daughter of the late Sylvan and Mary DePretis, whose love she carried throughout her life.

Her greatest pride was her family. She was a devoted mother to Joseph (Hollie) Gajewski and Julie (Jim) Tortorice, and an adoring "Gramma" to Joseph Sylvan and Zoey Elizabeth, as well as the beloved "DB" to Adelynn Jane and James Julian- -each of them held a special place in her heart.

She is also survived by her siblings Sylvai Ihrg, Lucy Taylor and Joseph DePretis, along with many cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Nita was never happier than when she was at the Cabin, surrounded by friends and Family. She filled her days with painting, crafting, and canning, giving away her creations as easily as she gave her love.

Her spirit will remain in every shared meal, every raised glass, and every memory made.
