COVID-19 Update

Dear Friends,

In these unprecedented times, we are going to follow the recommendations of the President and the CDC (gatherings of 10 or fewer, which is being re-evaluated daily).  As always we are committed to assisting families in their hour of need during this challenging time.  We will do this by having immediate private services at the local church or cemetery as allowed by CDC standards or that entity.  During this time, we will no longer be holding public funeral services, memorial services or any type of remembrance services at our funeral home.  As recommended, we are looking at alternative methods to make  arrangements so that face to face contact is reduced.  We understand what inconveniences this may cause families, but we appreciate your help with doing our best to combat the spread of this virus and keeping us all safe.  Please contact us  412-461-3844 if you any questions.

God bless and stay well,

Bill Welsh

Since the days of Joseph Hughes, Michael Wall, and Joseph Hensler Funeral Home, the commitment to provide professional, caring services to the residents of the Steel Valley community has been our mission. As we celebrate our 115th year of service, that mission still remains our first priority.
