Allen J. McKinney, age 83, of Pittsburgh, on November 30, 2022 , while in the company of family members, at his residence.  Allen was born in Pittsburgh, PA on October 15, 1939,  son of the late Mary (Zoldos) and Allen  McKinney.  Loving wife of Patricia A. (Ondechek) McKinney.  Allen was an avid dog trainer, hunter and fisherman.  He served in the U.S. Army as a Sgt. in the Vietnam War. He will be missed by his relatives, friends and neighbors.  Private services entrusted to the William R. Welsh Funeral Home.
